Policies

We have a 24 hours cancellation policy.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and a new booking fee will need to be paid. Out of respect and consideration for your piercer and other customers, please do your best to be on time. Cancellation fees are equal to the service that is booked. Nostril $60, Lobes $80, Permanent Jewelry $60...

In the event that appointment was confirmed with deposit, the remaining balance is due at the time of your service via cash, credit/debit card. No refunds will be given for any services performed. No refunds will be given on the booking fee due to late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) or no-shows.  Also, please be aware that if you are more than 15 mins. late (if you feel you will be late, please let us know in advance so that plans can be made), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and no refund will be given for your booking fee in this situation as well.  We are aware that life happens and sympathetic, but we often have another client after the initial one and it would be unfair for them to have to wait for their appointment.  If any of these situations do occur and you still wish to have the procedure, a new deposit and scheduled appointment will need to be made.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that last-minute emergencies sometimes pop up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule it. We require 24 hours of advance notice.
Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time or clients who no-show without notice will lose their booking fee(deposit).

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and a new booking fee will need to be paid. Out of respect and consideration for your piercer and other customers, please do your best to be on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in losing your deposit and you will be required to pay another deposit to book a new appointment.
